Our homemade body butter is a labor of love, crafted in small batches with care. As such, each jar is unique and may exhibit variations in color, texture, which is a natural consequence of the handcrafted process. Pictures of swirls tops are before lid is put on body butter. Some jars maybe flattened on top due to filling jars to the top and placing lid on. 

Using body butter scoop a small amount, warm it between your palms, and massage it into your skin using upward circular motions. Avoiding your face unless the body butter is specifically designed for it. 

All body butter is packaged in 4oz jars filled with 2.0 oz of body butter.

Body butter will be frozen and shipped in an insulated foil pack with a frozen ice pack. But there is still no way to 100% guarantee your body butter will not melt while in shipping route. If your body butter melts you can place it in a cool, dry area for a day or so to allow it to firm up. Or you can refrigerate it, just note it will be hard to use coming straight out the refrigerator

Solid bar of butters and oils that stay solid at room temperature, but melts when rubbed on warm skin.
