Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Mrs. D's Bubbles and Butters. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only. We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in your order shipment, we will contact you via email or phone.

We take great care in packaging your products to help protect them from heat and temperature-related issues. However, due to the nature of our products, we cannot guarantee that items will not melt during shipping, especially in warmer weather. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

If you have a stolen or lost package USPS is responsible and you must file a claim with them. If you have a problem with damaged items please email me a picture and message so I can further help with the issue.
